Want to participate, but can't think of a good plot? That's what this post is for! Here you can post fic prompts for big bang writers to use. Some guidelines: ✗ This post is always open! Leave a prompt at any time. ✗ Anyone can leave a prompt, and you can leave as many prompts as you want. ✗ Remember that big bang fics have to be at least 10,000 words, so make sure your prompt has enough in it for a story that long. ✗ One prompt per comment. Anonymous commenting is preferred. ✗ Prompts should follow the general rules of the big bang—that means all verses (games, anime, manga, etc.), all pairings, all characters (including Pokémon, excepting original characters), and all ratings are allowed. (If your prompt is NSFW, please tag it as such in the subject line of your comment.) Prompts should also keep our ground rules in mind. Pokemon Special, multiple/various pairings, Greek Gods AU!

Where Gold is Apollo, Crystal is Artemis, Silver is Hephaestus, Blue is Aphrodite, Green is Ares, Yellow is Demeter or Hestia (or Persephone to Lance's Hades), Platina is Athena, Pearl is Hermes, Diamond is Dionysus, Ruby is Zeus, and Sapphire is Hera. I haven't been able to think of assignments for any of the other characters, so it's up to you; or if you don't like any of those, switch them up, it's your fic!

Just think of all the things you can do with this AU. Retell any of the Greek myths, like the birth and childhood of Dionysus, or Hermes teaching Apollo how to play the lyre. Incorporate the teams of Pokémon as humans and retell any of the more human-based myths. Put a new spin on the Trojan War. I think my favorite idea is the Yellow/Lance one, because exploring their characters from this new angle would be awesome. Discuss Silver and Blue being in a loveless marriage, and then Silver falls madly in love with the new God, Crystal, and woos her by making her weapons like the world has never seen before. Perhaps the story of Pygmalion (Emerald) and Galatea (Sapphire)?

There are about a million ways you could take this idea and all of them would be awesome. Knock yourself out! :Dobvious anon is probably obvious, but oh well.
